When you order from Zio for delivery outside of Australia, please be aware that your package may be subject to delays, additional taxes, and duties at the destination country. These occurrences are beyond Zio’s control, especially during peak periods or in situations involving courier delays.

As the recipient of the order, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. These additional charges are necessary for the release of your order from customs upon arrival. The calculation of taxes and duties depends on your shipping destination.

For orders dispatched to the United Kingdom, UK VAT will be applied.

In cases where a parcel is not claimed or is refused by the receiver, and consequently, the parcel is returned to us, any costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, in such situations, refunds are not available for parcels that are not claimed or are refused.
