My Account

Updating your shipping address in your Zio account is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Your Account: First, log in to your account on the Zio website.
  2. Access Address Sidebar Menu: Once logged in, click on the ‘Address’ option in the sidebar menu. This will take you to the section where you can manage your shipping and billing addresses.
  3. Input New Shipping Address: In the shipping address section, enter your new address details. Make sure all information is accurate, including street name, number, city, state, zip code, and country.
  4. Save the Changes: After entering your new shipping address, click the ‘Save’ button to update your details.

 

Your shipping address will now be updated for all future orders. Please note, this change will not affect the shipping address of orders that are already placed or in process. If you need to change the shipping address for an existing order, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Modal cotton is not inherently organic, as it is a type of rayon made from beech tree pulp. The organic status depends on whether the beech trees and the manufacturing process meet organic standards.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items, provided they are in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please ensure you make your return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your item. Note that we reserve the right to refuse returns on worn or damaged merchandise, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
